I knew immediately after getting into the plumbing industry in 2005 that I wanted to start my own company. I believed that people deserved a better experience when it came to their plumbing; because everyone deserves a company that cares about their needs and not just getting the job done and moving on.
But here's where the problem comes in...I didn't know anything about running a business. Well, that's just another reason why I'm the luckiest man in the world because that's where my incredible wife, business partner, and best friend comes in.
Manon is educated and experienced in business management, customer service and she always makes sure I have everything I need to get the job done every day. Shortly after moving to Calgary in 2008 to start her career in supply chain management, we met, and she obviously fell madly in love with me (ok ok, I definitely fell for her first), we got married, started Ducky's Drains, and now have two beautiful children.
We are a family run business, and we always will be.
